• Project manager on financing transaction twinning Qualified School Construction Bonds with New Markets Tax Credits for charter high school project. Responsible for coordinating team of consultants and attorneys, analyzing potential financing structures, providing business impact analysis, securing financing partners, structuring final transaction terms and negotiating deal documents.   
• Working with health consortium to launch new initiative focused on educational program for children's health issues. 
• Analyzing available charter school financing streams to develop new fundraising or investment mechanism for injecting additional resources into charter school capital projects. 

Past Projects

• Participated in all facets of New Markets Tax Credit projects, including developing financing structures, managing and coordinating relationships, preparing marketing materials, negotiating documents and business terms, and facilitating closing, for projects ranging from simple interest only term loans, to complex multi-source, multi-party transactions.
• Responsible for structuring, negotiating and securing $75MM of New Markets Tax Credits to finance acquisition and construction of 190,000 square foot charter high school in Brooklyn, NY.
• Prepared analysis and business plan for attorney training and development model adopted by national law firm.
• Led team of volunteers in the formation and development of a strategic initiative on affordable housing in Morris County.
